Participated in the 7th Hundred Geological Team Leaders Forum

On May 25, 2013, the 2013 National Mineral Prospecting Conference (7th Hundred Geological Team Leaders Forum) was held in Xiamen, Fujian Province. About 500 participants from the national geological prospecting units, mining enterprises, financial institutions, and scientific research institutions showed their achievements of mineral prospecting, exchanged their mineral prospecting experience, and discussed mineral prospecting plans. Jiang Daming, Minister of Ministry of Land and Resources, Secretary of Party Committee, and State Land Chief Inspector sent a letter of congratulations to the conference, and Zhong Ziran, Chief Engineer of the Ministry of Land and Zhu Xun, General Secretary of the 8th National Committee, CPPCC, former Minister of Geology and Mineral Resources, Honorary President of China Mining Association, Senior Director and Senior Minister of China Mining Association attended the conference and made speeches.

The conference was co-sponsored by China Mining Association and China Geological Survey, co-organized by China Mining News and China Mining Geological Survey Association, and undertaken by Zijin Mining Group Co., Ltd. Responsible personnel of relevant departments of the Ministry of Land and Resources, China Geological Survey, relevant institutions directly under the Ministry of Industry and responsible personnel of China Mining Association attended the meeting. Experts from local geological bureau, leaders and experts from bureau of geological prospecting of provinces, municipalities, autonomous regions, bureau of metallurgical geology, bureau of coal geology, and bureau of nuclear industry geology, as well as the responsible personnel of relevant geological teams (institutes and departments) also attended the conference.
